Request to add-back support for custom min_temp and max_temp values

Hello! My setup relies on having the max_step set higher than what is allowed by default. Since the 2025.1 update, the older version of the integration is no longer supported as the older const values are being removed. I'd like to ask for allowing the min_temp and max_temp to be set to values higher/lower than the default.
