I would like to request releases include a clairctl-darwin-arm64 asset, as most macs these days are apple silicon (arm64), not x86 (amd64).

Looks like it was explicitly removed from CI around the time Apple silicon was coming: 96909bf

@hdonnay, do you recall why? Might be a simple revert to resolve this: #2202
