Analytics Options beyond Google Analytics

Has anyone implemented tracking analytics for their Quarto website beyond Google Analytics, and if so, how did you get that wired into your Quarto website? I recently migrated my site from Hugo to Quarto and implemented GA4. I am not a huge fan and would love to hear about what you are using as an alternative.

I can't find a concrete example now, but I know some folks use https://plausible.io/ on their Quarto projects.
