Asking for convert a whole theme with install.inf support

A windows cursor theme is configed using install.inf. Will you add the function to use this file to convert the whole theme for x11?

I have helped with a script that does this, at least for one artist's creations. The parser section should probably be replaced with something more robust than what we've come up with (tbh, I never bothered to read the documentation for .inf files nor do I have experience with making robust parsers in general), but I think it could be helpful for reference.
