Need to append new documentation for latest version of release. Users should still be able to access the docs for older releases.

This may be integrated into the same workflow that publishes the code itself: #18

At the time of writing, we intend to publish docs at http://docs.radiointelligence.io/.

As a first step, this workflow should probably call the workflow we use to test/builds, and then publish the result (#16).

Wasn't able to get to this, however, I found an excellent and detailed guide to help whoever takes this on.

Note: We do not need multiple languages yet so those parts can be omitted
