Need to confirm that the branch builds without error. RIA Core is designed to be platform-independent whenever possible. However, officially, we only support and need to verify the branch work Ubuntu 22.04.

We should also test for compatibility with Windows 10/11 and macOS, just so we know where we stand, but failing tests on these platforms will not prevent the changes from being accepted into upstream.
