[WMS] Not possible to "Ignore reported layer extents" #60496

What is the bug or the crash?

It's not possilbe to "Ignore reported layer extents" for WMS connection.

This setting is not stored when closing the connection details dialog.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Add a WMS connection for https://www.wms.nrw.de/geobasis/wms_nw_3dmesh-uebersicht with the settings above
  2. Make sure "Ignore reported layer extents" is checked
  3. Close the "Create a new WMS/WMTS Connection" dialog
  4. Open the "Create a new WMS/WMTS Connection" dialog
  5. See error -> "Ignore reported layer extents" is not checked anymore

The issue doesn't occur using QGIS 3.34. It may be related to #59653.
