[Feature Request]: Introduce 14 and 15 functional zombienet tests

Feature Description

KAGOME has 13 zombienet tests, mimicking tests from https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot-sdk/tree/master/polkadot/zombienet_tests/functional
We update them with KAGOME nodes, so that we can check that all features work when KAGOME node is present in the network.
Some more tests were introduced in the last release of polkadot-sdk (v1.16.1) . They should be added to KAGOME
