The eNCA URL is no longer valid:

    start_urls = ['http://www.enca.com/news-stream/south-africa']

It should be https.
Also, to prevent a 404, consider changing to /news-stream/south-africa to /south-africa, based on a value I found in the sitemap.

However, even after that change, there is still no content picked up.

...
No body found for https://www.enca.com/south-africa/minister-launches-prison-radio-station
...

So I recommend looking into the body matching there.
