Describe the bug
I cannot create a new project. I get this message:

To Reproduce

  1. Go https://webprotege.stanford.edu/#projects/list
  2. Click on 'Create New Project'
  3. Enter a project name
  4. Select a file
  5. Click Create New Project

Expected behavior
A new project will be created based on the provided ontology.

I tried on Firefox and Chromium on Fedora 39.
