When Uninstalling mod, effects stay

Report Information

I uninstalled the mod, and applecore, then wwhen I went back to my world, all food values and stack sizes remain, IE. steak recovers 2 hunger shanks instead of vanilla amount, food stacks to 64 still, I have harvestcraft installed, maybe that has something to do with it.

Steps to Reproduce

uninstall the mod and try to go back to the original world or create a new one
