No resize limit on pop out window

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When in videocall pop out window your camera preview size is to big in the smaller size, and discord dont let you make it smaller.

Remove size limit for user camera

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are 2 smaller problems that would be nice if they can be fixed, as you can see in the screenshot some buttons go off the window, and the other one is when you pop out the cameras windows it popout in a extremly big size making it hard to resize.
