If the field is named "Icon" as per the ReadMe and as seems a reasonable name then the dropdown misbehaves and shows the following line.

Further to this, it reports as invalid if you try and save unless you have cleared the field using the "X" or selected an icon. If you've selected an icon, it isn't saved.
Renaming the field to anything else works. "FontIcon", "MyIcon", "Joe", etc.
I'm not sure if this is a bug with the extension or not, but if it's not then at least the ReadMe will need updated.
