pressing random keys every once in a while

I checked two different posts on GitHub about this issue, but I still couldn't find a solution. If someone knows the solution or can point me to a post with the solution, that would be great.

I've been ignoring this issue for about a year, but its frequency has been increasing at times, and it's becoming unbearable. I have to unplug the keyboard when putting the pc to sleep because it randomly presses keys, turning on the screen or starting music, etc.

I’m not updating my Mac because some of the programs I use don’t have a new version yet, and I hope this problem isn’t caused by that.
