Is this supposed to work?

Hi.

When I try to install the tool, I get stuck at 0%, it does nothing. I click "Cancel", it does not cancel. The install just stays frozen at 0% and all I can do is end the process.

The project itself does not open. The "Setup" project is marked as "incompatible" (Visual Studio 2019) and "WpfControls.CS" fails to load.

SnipKeep/Windows/MainWindow.xaml does not open due to "Invalid Markup". Error shown: "Error XDG0008 The name "Settings" does not exist in the namespace "clr-namespace:SnipKeep". SnipKeep [...]SnipKeep\SnipKeep\Windows\MainWindow.xaml 1"

P.S. I'm on Windows 7
