tutorial should use flow-style consistently throughout

As suggested by @reedacartwright on slack. Users not familiar with YAML will experience additional cognitive burden trying to understand both flow style and block style, which is easily avoided.

It should be easy to pass the example files through demes-python and just use its canonical "simplified" form. Some small updates to the text will also be needed.
