Distribution (run cat /etc/os-release):

Issue/Bug Description:
Bluetooth cannot be turned on in settings, no option in menu either.

Clicking the switch on top-right flips it to the other direction, but nothing changes

What hardware are you running? When I have seen this previously, a cold boot seems to work (fully remove power from system for 30 sec)

I have the same problem where Bluetooth is completely non functional after resuming from suspend, but the only "solution" I found is rebooting the whole system. The usual Linux fixes of restarting the Bluetooth service, reloading udev, and even reinstalling the Bluetooth packages didn't work.
