Modifying anchor_gap value outside of COSMIC Settings doesn't update the panel

If I modify the Dock's anchor_gap value outside of COSMIC Settings, to true or false. It updates what was is set in COSMIC Settings, but the panel doesn't reflect the change. I'm still not sure if this is only happening with the default panels, or if it affects any panel.

From my testing, looks like it only affects default panels.
