No version of freakyhax will work with my New 3ds XL running version 11.6.0-39u #11

I have tried everything I can think of to get this to work. I have triple checked I have the right version and everything on the otherapp.bin I have tried v1, v2 and v3 of freakyhax and nothing seems to work. Here is a video I made showing what exactly is happening

From watching your video,

your downloaded 11.6.0.39U, change the U to an E download file then rename that file to otherapp.bin
Your either E or U.
