Touchbar Mute Icon Issues

For version: mute-me-v1.2.0

Using touchbar icon to mute/unmute works perfectly.
When muted, the touchbar icon becomes red.
Also, the menubar icon become red.

Issue#1
However, if the mute operation is done by left click on the menu bar icon.
The menu bar icon becomes red.
But the touchbar icon does not become red.

Issue#2
And finally, if the Mic is muted externally, using some other way apart from MuteMe.
Then, the MuteMe touchbar and menubar icons do not reflect anything.

Notes
MuteMe should be able to monitor if the default Microphone input of the Mac is muted.
And, should change the touchbar and menubar icon accordingly.

Eg: MuteMyMic app in Mac App store is able to do this for its menubar icon. It does not have the touchbar icon feature.

This scenario is important for cases where the user may mute/unmute using his headphone mute buttons, or from some conferencing application.
