Update Hell's Kitchen (NDS) script to reflect proper percentages.

Logic needs to be updated to reflect accurate percentages not included in the original logic. Right now, the script assumes that the player can attain 100% completion for all days of every week in the game. However, this is simply inaccurate.

This issue specifically affects the following achievements:

1. The Apprentice
2. Junior Cook
