Plugin buttons are not displaying. Categories display but options for adjusting are not showing up

Using this profile, there used to be tab buttons at the top of a person's profile where you could edit your selected categories and manage a list of people. Since January, this hasn't been working for me. I understand that OKC changed the layout in January which broke things but comments also lead me to beleive that this plugin was updated to address that.

I've run the plug-in in incognito mode to make sure it wasn't conflicting with others and that did not fix anything. Right now, this plugin, which used to be vital, is useless to me.
