In the discogs_20250101_labels.xml.gz and discogs_20241201_labels.xml.gz file label 212 DO NOT USE is missing a <name> element and this causes the exporter.py to fail I fixed the issue by modifying the xml file to add an empty <name> element but would better if code was fixed.
