The parser should export an artist's groups:

<artist>
    <id>27</id>
    <name>Cari Lekebusch</name>
    <groups>
        <name id="2">Mr. James Barth &amp; A.D.</name>
        <name id="2470">Puente Latino</name>
    </groups>
</artist>

The artist_group.csv file could contain the following columns: artist_id, group_id, group_name.
With the node above, the csv would contains:

artist_id, group_id, group_name
27, 2, Mr. James Barth & A.D.
27, 2470, Puente Latino
