This release adds a data collection feature to help in troubleshooting and debugging.

NOTE: To use this feature you must actively tell the exporter to send data. If it is used to send data, it will not collect statistics, so it will never accidentally send data. Data sent is anonymized to some extent (IP addresses and such) and tries to make sure no identifiying information is leaked.
