Showing appropriate feedback on query failure

Error handling support for Query and showing appropriate error messages is important for this app.
We need to come up with the contracts on user feedbacks and accordingly allow the user to take requisite actions, eg. check the host if it's not working, whether the requests are timing out, showing the status of the query.
