Followup after conversion to remix

I migrated the app to remix.
However I think the create/edit pages are not working yet. Will work on those next.

hey, just out of curiosity why did you move from rakkas to remix? have you tried rakkasjs@next?

@CanRau Sorry I don't remember exactly. I've been actively using Remix at work for a while now so I guess it just seemed lower friction to me. I'm still a very big fan of Rakkas and its creator.
