Azure Function App creation mechanism has changed #2

Part 1 - Flow still works fine
Part 2 - Azure Function App creation process has changed since the README.md was first authored. For instance, you can't select "JavaScript" as a stack anymore. Options appear to be either

  • Custom type
  • node.js

This then makes the creation of a new Function in Visual Studio Code confusing
