I cannot find the list of modules php modules that come with the distribution #118

The release notes should clearly state what are all the modules that come with the php interpreter in the distribution. Does this contain phpiredis? Does this contain mongodb? This buildpack cannot be fully used to its potential without a well documented list of modules that are part of the php distribution provided by this buildpack.

@arjun024 Do you still see this as a relevant feature request? @paketo-buildpacks/php-maintainers what effort would be required to add php module information to this buildpack's release notes?
