Blurry images.

Again, thank you for this.

I am still experimenting, using an R-Pi 5 with the Module 3 camera using the picam720.py plugin. Captured images are almost always blurry, even at lower speeds. I have self.framerate = 50.0 in strmpilibcam.py.

Are there any suggestions to improve this, please?
