Recent Transaction Notification Issue

After viewing a transaction the recent transaction notification counter does not delete/decrease.

To Recreate:

1. Interact with a recent transaction
2. Back out and see that the notification counter is still there

Personally,
When I see a recent notification tab I like to view each notification so they are minimized. Maybe I am just OCD.

But I think it would be cool to function kinda how the USAA App does.

1. You get the notification

2. You engage with it

3. It shows you have interacted with it (Us: Dropping the Red Number every time you view details)

Maybe we should just drop the whole notification dot thing? Btw, those blue dots on the wallet are meant to color code with the wallet color; another confusing thing when compared with the sample app.
