is there a chance to get webp icons running? as I can see at the moment only png works. :)

If your worried about the file size of your images, just reduce them to like 128x128 or even 64x64.

inventory pictures do not need to be detailed or have more pixels at all, each of my images are now 2KB and looks pretty much the same as before.

i know this isnt what u asked for but just trying to help, assuming this is what you want it for
