Third attack state for Raging Ruins Zone Boss

This is a third attack state for the Robot mecha at the end of Raging Ruins Zone. Instead of the hands spinning into the foreground. The hands clap together from the background into the foreground in the center of the play area.

This should be doable using the same scaling technique the robot arm spinning animation uses. No additional graphics required.
