Compatibility with Swagger UI 4.x

Applying the themes for v 3.x seems to work ok but probably a few things getting missed out - most blatant the "models" section at the bottom isn't themed at all, so I'm assuming that's new as of v4.

Any plans to accommodate?

I may have had the models view turned off when I initially created the themes. I'll take a look at the latest SwaggerUI settings to see how I can theme the models and any other things I may have missed.

Keeping this issue open until I push new updates for review.
