With recent changes in the project, we should rename the following:

  1. aicoe-osc-demo is not reflective of the contents of this repository and should be renamed. Suggestions: osc-nlp; osc-pdf-analysis; osc-pdf-nlp ....

  2. Since demo1 is deprecated and we are using demo2 for all experiments, we should remove numbers from directory names.
