Add e/OS/ to AOSP Derivatives

e/OS/ by e.foundation is one of the most polished and most privacy-oriented AOSP forks based on LineageOS. Based on a recent research paper (https://www.scss.tcd.ie/Doug.Leith/Android_privacy_report.pdf) it should definitely be mentioned as an alternative, as it works on a large variety of phones and is often quite simple to install.

Won't be added, we don't recommend any Android OSes that don't support Verified Boot, privacy is obtained through security and the Verified Boot process is one of the core components of that.
