Contributing with Spanish translation

I'm a usual reader of PrivacyGuides, and would like to contribute to the project. At the moment, the best I could offer is translation to Spanish (which is my native language). I'm not sure of what is the appropriate way of offering this contribution, so I'm posting it here.

Translations have been a popular request for a big while, at the moment I think it's better to wait for outdated pages to be revamped.
The current workaround would be manually forking the repo and translating everything which would be painful.
