Element has the option to show a tray icon. Activate this and right click on the tray icon. In its menu you can choose to hide Element. This setting is permanent. With this setting Element always starts minimized to tray. |

My use case for Element requires me to have it run at start-up and minimize to tray. Currently, I am using workarounds to achieve this functionality, but native options for "Run Element on start-up" and "Minimize to system tray" would be fantastic and more stable!
