Taking too long for access

Hi everyone,

I have been approved for student benefits pack an one week ago. and upon checking my request is go to green but, still i haven't get any email and not benefit as well. Often a message pops up that we will send you an email when your pack is ready. It's very boring to wait as you are eager to learn

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @parthtallman was approved and your benefits are now available.
