Is there a web "button" to view rulesets when not maintain/admin?

In the official docs for rulesets it says:

Anyone with read access to a repository can view the active rulesets for the repository. This means a developer can understand why they have hit a rule, or an auditor can check the security constraints for the repository, without requiring admin access to the repository.

But, in testing with a colleague, as far as we can tell there is no easy "button" to do this. You have to know go to:

https://github.com/org/repo/rules

That is, it's like the compare function, you have to know the special keyword to add to the URL.

Or I guess, use gh ruleset view but most people I work with interact with GitHub via web

This is a great question and a great opportunity for feedback. The way you mentioned is one pathway to get this, also by clicking the branches page on the mainpage of the repo

Then clicking the shield

Additionally, if there are blocking rules, they'll also appear in the merge box.

That being said, there is certainly an opportunity to improve here so I opened a PR to add all these pathways to our docs - thank you!

Ahhhh! I see now. Okay. I guess I thought that shield was just an icon. I didn't know it was clickable! And, yep, click on it, see the Rules!
