ts-node dependency

Hi,

Are we still using ts-node somewhere else in the code, other than what I found below?
It was previously used in one start script (which will be replaced with nodemon, which uses tsx, once #940 is merged).
Other than that I can see it being used in the loader-register.js file, which in turn seems to only be used in the webpack scripts, like so:

"webpack": "cross-env node --import ./loader-register.js node_modules/webpack/bin/webpack.js -c webpack.config.ts",

(in the main package.json and also in the package.json of mermaid-elk)

If not, then I'll take a look if we could make webpack work with tsx instead and get rid of ts-node.

(edit: I've fixed a mistake in the topci title -> ts-loader -> to ts-node)
