Description of issue

I've submitted a pull request to update tnftp 20210827 to tnftp 20230409.

The github CI pipeline is failing on Linux - see https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/actions/runs/4669225723/jobs/8267546605?pr=127923

A manual build of tnftp from source on CentOS 8 and running the same download as the test harness in the formula works.

I don't know if the pipeline fails in the existing (pre-pull-request) of tnftp.

I'm not familiar with the CI pipeline mechanics for brew on Linux, so I haven't been able to resolve the CI failure.
