Pip error when trying to install the awscli tool

Hi,

I am getting an error and failing to install the awscli tool... Does anyone have any suggestions on next steps?

We need the output of brew config and brew doctor. This is very difficult to diagnose without these.

When I ran brew doctor I saw there was an issue with an "unlinked package" I linked that and "it is now working"...
