Help Wanted: VB Scripting

I found a thread over on the Roslyn repo (that was closed) that had a comment in it pointing to a pretty significant list of help wanted entries related to VB Scripting. I think this might be a great place for us to consider contributing to Roslyn...

I can share that there does seem to be some interest from other teams (within Microsoft) to get things moving forward again with regards to VB Scripting... so let's see what we can do!
