In the Tags window, place the cursor (mouse pointer) over the scrollbar that I have circled in the image.
The cursor remains an "I" (工). It should become an arrow.

hey @jidanni i have tested this issue in local and i see when i hover the mouse it shows an arrow not this '工'
is still what I see.
