info of social_facility in english when french wiki exists

How to reproduce the issue?

• In your settings, choose "fr" as your language
• follow the link above
• on the left panel, click on the "i" for "amenity=social_facility": information is in French. Follow the link in this info, you arrived on a wiki page in French: perfect
• do the same with "social_facility=nursing_home": information is in English. Follow the link in this info, you arrived on a wiki page in English but you can see that there is a wiki page in French

Info should be in French and the link should arrived on the French wiki page

Same problem if you change "nursing_home" into "group_home".

For "assisted_living", info is in French but the link in info arrived on an English wiki page instead of the French one

"ambulatory_care" works well.

Others are in English but there are currently no French wiki pages so it's ok.
