Feature Request: Expose "Mark when checked" option to command line script

Hey,

Let me first thank for creating this amazing project! I did a quick look in the code but couldn't find it how the "Mark when checked" functionality is exposed to the command line interface, neither looking in the help text. I only found the "--checkboxes" option corresponding to the BOM checkboxes.
It would be really awesome if you could expose the "Mark when checked" option to the CLI for being able to set it up to a desired initial value.
