Whedon should suggest (and validate) ROR ids for authors

RORs are a good way for authors to disambiguate their organization affiliation and could potentially help us with common questions such as how detailed should my affiliation information be?.

Once we can support ROR IDs in our document production toolchain, it would be good if Whedon could suggest and validate them for an incoming paper.
