Easily store and make accessible a list of known reuses of Open Prices

Frontend?

Already a first version here : https://prices.openfoodfacts.org/reuses

If we have fields like title & description, how will we translate them afterwards ?

Should this be in a more wider model called Resources ?

Or should this live in the Frontend ? (but no API, no easy display in the mobile, or elsewhere...)
