Are "tomato juices" or "crushed tomatoes" tomatoes? I would say no but "skip"ed.
Are "chopped tomatoes" / "diced tomatoes" tomatoes? I'm not sure! I would say no but I "skip"ed.
Are "dried tomatoes" tomatoes? I would say yes but I'm not completely sure (and I'm wrong) 😞
Proposed solution
It would be awesome to have a helper for each category with examples of what's in and what's out. For the data-quality facets we have a description for each one, see https://world.openfoodfacts.org/data-quality-error/nutrition-value-total-over-105
In the #taxonomies channel I also see many discussions on what products belong to what categories. Adding a description for each... A solution could be to let us see a small part of the categories graph allowing to see what are the parents, the children, and the siblings. Or even a YAML file style.
